First, I went to Anime Studio. I found the license number, so no problem I thought.. and then realized I no longer have the software installed. No problem again, I thought. I'll just redownload it and authorize it. Unfortunately, I had version 6. They are now up to version 9, and there is nowhere I could find to download the old version.
So on to Kinemac. I ran the program, and it fired up happily. I noticed however, the Kinemac watermark with the big X. Alright, I need to reactivate it. A handy 'Activate' menu item in the Kinemac menu should do the trick. No, I've already authorized another computer; one that I sold long ago!
So my attempts at working on the video have been stymied. I have a message in to Kinemac's customer service, but I have no idea how they will respond. Cross my fingers and hope for the best, or I'll have to look for plan C.
