I Thought There'd Be Zombies!

You, a private investigator, have been called in on a most unusual case. The new owner of a dilapidated old mansion was just delivered a sinister note: "I've already freed the monsters. In the morning I take over the world!" The owner has eight suspects in mind, but without strong evidence the police ignore the incident. Your job is to search the mansion for clues, find the criminal's secret lab, and identify the culprit, all before sunrise!
When you arrive at the mansion, you discover that you're not the only detective called in. Claiming the full bounty will require not only cracking the case but being the first to do so.

Game Play
I Thought There'd Be Zombies! has a game board representing the haunted mansion. Players take turns moving around the mansion, turning over cards to see what they find. Once they've collected the clues and discovered the lab door, they analyze the clues to uncover the culprit.
Current State
We have a fully produced prototype of the game with a chipboard playing area and printed mini cards. Playtesting is ongoing to ensure that I Thought There'd Be Zombies! is as great as it can be. Once the rules are completely finalized, a full version will be available from The Game Crafter.
